First tenants welcomed to 90 new affordable homes in Wymondham

Construction is underway across the site and with completion taking place over six phases. The first three properties were handed their keys on 8^th June 2023, with the next ten being handed over in July. The final phases are scheduled to be completed in late spring 2024.

All homes on the new site in Wymondham will be fitted with Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) which will provide enough heat and hot water for the homes whilst also lowering carbon emissions.

James Francis, Saffron's Chief Executive Officer, said: ““We are delighted that by working in partnership with Lovells we can provide much needed new, high quality affordable housing for the people of Wymondham.”
