Festive Fun, Gifts and Community: Sandcastles Spreads Some Christmas Spirit

Providing prospective homebuyers with an ideal opportunity to explore the picturesque setting and view the luxurious development and show homes, the event promises an immersive experience where attendees can learn more about the different types of houses for sale at Sandcastles and the many innovative features which make buying and living in these homes unique.

Alongside the Sandcastles customer experience and sales team, house moving specialists from the Lovell Helping Hands scheme will also be on hand throughout the day to provide support. Offering advice on selling your existing property as well as the purchasing process, the team will be waiting to welcome visitors with refreshments and festive treats between 10:00am and 2.30pm, helping to make the decision to move into a new home stress free and ensure a seamless transition.

Adding some Christmas sparkle to the day, the afternoon will also see a number of pupils from the nearby Overdale Community Primary School arrive to take part in dressing the development’s beautiful Christmas tree, before switching on the lights and delighting attendees with a joyful festive sing-a-long. Promising a sense of community and cheer, these heart-warming festivities and entertainment are set to commence from 1pm.
