Our North West and North Wales team have celebrated relocating to a new office in Warrington, with the help of a fellow Morgan Sindall business.

Leading office refurbishment company Overbury completed the exceptional fit-out works to create the standout new space, with a focus on promoting modern collaborative ways of working and the wellbeing of our team.

To mark the official opening on Tuesday 30 July, John Morgan, chief executive of Morgan Sindall visited the new office alongside the entire Lovell team.

Paul Challinor, managing director for Lovell in the North West, said: “We are proud to unveil our new prime office location, positioned right between Manchester and Liverpool, offering potential to expand our land bank and open market sales opportunities under the Lovell Homes brand.

“Seeing the two companies under the Morgan Sindall brand come together is always positive and shows the strength of collaboration within the group to deliver an exceptional space. Securing this location has been an important step in our growth strategy and will support new opportunities for us across the North West.”

Located in Warrington’s Birchwood Park, the area is also home to a number of prominent occupiers in the property and construction sector.

"This move allows us to continue nurturing our long-term partnerships in the region, working with local authorities and key partners to support the delivery of more homes for North West communities,” Paul added.

“Following the recent Government announcements regarding a renewed focus on housing targets, Lovell remain fully committed to ensuring demand is met and to making a meaningful impact to the people who live and work here.”

The news comes following our successful appointment to the £1.5billion Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework, and will enable us to support the delivery of new projects across the area.

The Lovell portfolio continues to grow with several major regeneration sites currently underway, and a number of new schemes at various stages of progression.

Miles Platting, a 15-year regeneration near central Manchester is set to complete this year, as well as the Pendleton Project in Salford also entering its next phases and more in the pipeline to contribute towards the transformation of Liverpool and The Wirral in the coming year.
