Lovell wins Apprenticeship Employer of the Year at City College awards

The award ceremony took place on Thursday 23 May 2024 at Easton College and Lovell were nominated for this by the tutors of two of our carpentry apprentices at City College.

The annual awards play a pivotal role in recognising the success of students and provide an opportunity to celebrate the winners, their employers and supporters.

Jo Ruggles, regional training manager at Lovell, said: “This one really means a lot to us because of how passionate we are about inspiring the next generation into construction and offering support to apprentices to reach their goals. At Lovell, we are dedicated to supporting young people in their pursuit of a career in the construction industry through apprenticeships, career days, visiting colleges and schools, and offering advice. Thank you to the tutors who nominated us for this award and a big thank you to the Lovell team for helping us to win this award by being so inspiring to our apprentices and going above and beyond to give them opportunities and support.”
