Simon Medler is Operations and Customer Experience Director, from 1 January 2026 for Compendium Living, and Managing Director from 31 March 2026.

Simon's appointment follows almost nineteen years leading the Lovell East Anglia region, during which he played a central role in shaping successful joint venture partnerships and building strong relationships with local authorities, partners and communities, underpinned on partnership working and trust.

Simon will guide operational performance and customer experience across the wider Compendium Living business while taking on the leadership of Lovell Partnerships longest running joint venture from 31 March 2026.
