  • Delivered to Future Homes Standard with PV and heat‑pump technology

Drummond Park is a major regeneration initiative transforming a former Ministry of Defence site into a mixed‑tenure neighbourhood that strengthens local housing supply and supports long‑term growth in Ludgershall.

Working in partnership with Stonewater, Homes England, Wiltshire Council and Alabaré, we deliver 412 new homes while managing regulatory change at pace and integrating Future Homes Standard technology, maintaining programme certainty across a complex multiyear build.

The scheme drives clear outcomes through the delivery of expanded education capacity, improved transport connections, upgraded recycling facilities and high‑quality public spaces that underpin sustainable community development. Focused employment pathways for ex‑military personnel provide measurable social impact by enabling participants to gain new skills, secure stable roles and, in some cases, access homes within the community they helped to build.

Client testimonial

Gary Chapman, head of veterans services at Alabaré, said "...One of the cohort that’s graduated was living in his car, and moved into one of our homeless houses, and twelve months later, he’s qualified as a tradesperson, he’s just moved into his new flat, he’s got the pick of the jobs, and he can see a future.

"For him, this is life-changing."
