As a responsible business, we focus on creating lasting impact – we care about our people, our communities, our planet, and we take meaningful action to support them.

The world we live in is changing and the housing industry has a responsibility to change with it, providing a sustainable, prosperous and more equitable future for the next generation and beyond.

As a national partnership housing provider that’s part of a major PLC, we have the capacity and capability to find solutions to the challenges we all face. We don’t have all the answers yet, but we’re asking the right questions. We’re committed to working in partnership to build a better tomorrow… starting today.

We can use our scale and reputation to create positive change within our industry; to realise better physical, social and economic outcomes for communities up and down the country.

Building Tomorrow is centred around our parent company’s five Total Commitments:

  1. Protecting people
  2. Developing people
  3. Improving the environment
  4. Enhancing communities
  5. Working together with our supply chain

Each year we publish our Building Tomorrow update, which highlights how we’re doing against our five Total Commitments.
