Paul Challinor is the Regional Managing Director for Lovell Partnerships in North West and North Wales.

Paul joined Lovell in 2023 having worked in the sector for many years, gaining extensive expertise for driving success and fostering team collaboration. With numerous significant partnership projects and ongoing developments in the North West, Paul's commitment to high standards and growth is crucial for this rapidly expanding region.

Tahreen Shad is the Partnerships Director for Lovell Partnerships in the North West and North Wales.

Tahreen is responsible for new business and work winning, business development, new markets and growing our customer base across our Partnership portfolio.   

Tahreen is a specialist in establishing joint venture partnerships in the North West region. She has seen the business grow to include Joint Venture Regeneration, as well as, land led contracting and partnership opportunities which have grown through excellent relationships with public, and private sector partners.

Martyn Hopkins is the Development Director for Lovell Partnerships in the North West and North Wales.

Martyn is responsible for identifying land opportunities and working with our joint venture partners to design, appraise and secure schemes for the region.

He is a specialist in navigating the development process and finding innovative solutions to challenging projects. Martyn has established the Lovell Latimer LLP at our site in Weston, Crewe and is currently working on other joint ventures with key partners within the region.
