Cherry Pie Meadow is a stunning collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom bungalows and houses set in the Somerset village of Sparkford. Brimming with charm and style in a beautiful rural location.

 

Cherry Pie Meadow homes are located in the charming village of Sparkford, which sits in the South Somerset countryside not far from Cadbury Castle.

With its idyllic rural setting, mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086 as Spercheforde, signs of its past remain today with old earthenworks and building foundations to be found in the fields just south of St Mary Magdalene Church.

For growing families, there are a number of primary and secondary schools just a short journey away.

Although the scheme is relatively small in size, it’s an important project for the Southern business. It is one of our first and in a key growth area, it will help us to deliver on our objectives of building a sustainable business by enabling us to further develop relationships with our partners, provide new local job opportunities and much needed housing.
