Lovell Supply Chain Family hoarding

Delivering new homes and places needs long-lasting, trusted partnerships and true collaboration with our supply chain.

Sitting at the heart of how we deliver homes and places across the country, our supply chain is a critical vein of support, making sure that we have access to materials, equipment and labour when and where we need it.

We know how important collaboration is for the wider progress of the industry, so we continuously build trusted and long-lasting relationships with our suppliers and subcontractors.

We know that a great supply chain starts with the right people and, just as we select our own colleagues to fit with our culture, we also select our supply chain in the same way.

On every scheme that we deliver, approximately 70% of our supply-chain spend is with regional and SME businesses. This enables us to maximise the use of resources, suppliers, and subcontractors locally and pair them with our national supply-chain partners, to bring tangible, positive benefits to our communities.

We’re committed to being a first-class partner: procuring fairly, agreeing a fair price, providing support and development opportunities, paying promptly and working as one team.
