Lovell Partnerships setting down roots with dedicated East Midlands region

The East Midlands region is one of the new regions that Lovell has opened in 2022.

Lovell has shown its intent to established stronger roots in the East Midlands region with the opening of a dedicated office. Located in Derby’s Pride Park, the new office cements our commitment to a successful future working with the region to meet housing needs.

The brand-new East Midlands regional team are strengthened under the leadership of regional managing director Beth Bundonis and regional partnership director Simon Wingate. Three of the team were recently promoted from managerial to director roles - Lewis Charity into the role of regional technical director, Tim Mansell to regional operations director and Beth Bundonis to regional managing director.  

Following the success in securing opportunities in the East Midlands, Lovell has positioned itself with a strong pipeline of projects such as Priors Hall Park in Northamptonshire. 

During this second phase, Lovell will develop 45 homes in 2023 on behalf of the Riverside Housing.

In total, the Priors Hall Park community will offer around 5,300 homes built alongside 25.5 acres for recreation including footpaths and cycle networks as well as more than 15 acres of employment space, plus four schools and three retail areas.

Lovell will be responsible for the urban extensions first affordable housing provision, having committed to delivering 26 homes under the shared ownership scheme on phase one through Riverside Housing, which further supports the need for cost-effective properties in Northamptonshire.
