James Duffett is Managing Director South for Lovell Partnerships, overseeing the South of England, West and London regions.

James is responsible for the successful delivery and sustainable growth of the business across the South-West & Wales, South West, Southern, and London regions.

Since joining Lovell, James has played a pivotal role in leading a talented team to become one of the region’s foremost housing developers, also recognised for the exceptional added value it brings to the wider community.

As a result, Lovell has become a partner of choice across the South-West and Wales. This was most recently demonstrated by the landmark collaboration between Cardiff Council and Vale of Glamorgan Council, who have partnered with Lovell to deliver a transformative housing scheme across the region—an initiative unprecedented in recent years.

Gemma Clissett is Partnerships Director for Lovell in South Wales and West.

Gemma is responsible for driving growth and new business across the region and leads the land and partnerships team to identify and secure new opportunities to facilitate delivery of the region's growth plans.

She is a specialist in establishing and developing relationships with local authorities and housing providers to advance scheme progress and deliver an optimum housing solution. Working for the business for over 15 years Gemma has developed an excellent network of contacts across the region and has been involved in securing large scale and multi phased, partnership schemes.

Mark Harris is the Land Manager for Lovell in Wales.

Mark is responsible for finding land opportunities with the potential to accommodate future housing developments across the region.

He has over 30 years’ experience in the land and development sector, including work for housing associations, PLC housebuilders and for his own private consultancy business.
